

Elder Cathy Billops
ABOUT OUR PASTOR
Pastor Cathy Billops was born in Baltimore, MD to Sam Edward Snow and Mattie Bell Snow. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as a teenager under the leadership of her father the late Bishop Sam Snow.
From 1992-2019 she served at Haven of Hope Ministries under the leadership of her brother, Bishop Larry Snow. In 2004 she was licensed as a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
She has served in various capacities in ministry such as President of Women’s Ministry, church secretary, choir member, usher, alter worker and Assistant Sunday School Teacher In March of 2014, after accepting God’s mandated assignment to reach women from all walks of life, Pastor Billops birthed Women of Destiny (W.O.D).
W.O.D’s purpose consisted of empowering, enrichening, enlightening, and encouraging women to live a complete life in Christ. It sought not only to bring women the knowledge and understanding of God, yet to foster a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
She accepted the Pastoral call and on March 3, 2019 the first Sunday morning service of Greater Destiny Outreach Ministries was held with an endeavor to continue to win souls to build the kingdom of God.
She takes pride is just being a servant of the Lord.She was educated in the Chester Upland School District. Her secondary education was accomplished throughout several schools. She received her nursing diploma from the Chester Upland Practical Nursing Program, her Associate Degree from Cecil College of Maryland and her Bachelor’s Degree from Wilmington University. She is currently enrolled at Liberty University pursuing her Master’s Degree in Theology.
She has worked in different areas of the nursing profession, having served as a school nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nursing, and now currently working as a nurse at the Department of Veteran Affairs in Wilmington, DE.
She is the beloved wife of Deacon Ronald Billops for 33 years. They are the proud parents of four children, Renee, Latoya, Natai and Jasmine. They are also the proud grandparents of four grandchildren, Jayden, Taliyah, Hodges, and Karter.
